Aberdeen & Harbour Night
Begin the tour with a leisurely harbour cruise that includes unlimited drinks served aboard a pleasure junk. Enjoy the sunset over Victoria Harbour and the shimmering lights of the buildings on both sides of the harbour. Alight the junk in Aberdeen where you'll enjoy a Chinese-style seafood dinner at one of Hong Kong's famous floating restaurants. An additional bonus on this tour is a seafood exhibition. Then, depending upon the tour arrangements, you will travel by coach up to the Stubbs Road lookout for panoramic harbour views of Hong Kong in all its glittering glamour. Or, the tour coach might stop at the Sheung Wan Gala Point, a night market featuring more than 200 booths selling knick knacks and other useful items as well as around 30 food stalls. Street theatre performers entertain on the weekend.

City & Harbour by Night
The magic of a Hong Kong evening comes alive with a spectacular dinner high atop the Revolving 66 Restaurant, one of Wan Chai's better known restaurants. Then it's off to Temple Street where your senses and bargaining powers will get a real workout. End the day with a sigh with a romantic harbour cruise that will transport you to another realm.

Harbour Lights and Lei Yue Mun Seafood Village Dinner Cruise (Temporarily suspended until mid July 2003)
A nightly cruise aboard a Chinese pleasure junk sails through the central and eastern parts of Victoria Harbour to Lei Yue Mun fishing village. When ashore, visit a seafood market. Enjoy a superb seafood feast at one of the village restaurants before returning to Hong Kong Island.

Pearl by Night (temporarily suspended until further notice)
Enjoy a Western-style buffet dinner and live dance music aboard a cruising restaurant as it sails around Victoria Harbour. Then take a coach past the neon-lit nightlife district of Wan Chai and stop at Sheung Wan Gala Point where there is a night market featuring more than 200 booths selling knick-knacks and other useful items as well as around 30 food stalls. Street theatre performers entertain on the weekend.

Seafood Dinner Sunset Cruise (Lei Yue Mun)
Board a sunset cruise from Wan Chai after visiting Golden Bauhinia Square next to the site of the handover. (Time permitting, watch a solemn flag-lowering ceremony). After the romantic sunset cruise, the next stop is Lei Yue Mun Seafood Village where you tuck into a succulent alfresco seafood feast. Partly built on stilts, the old village of Lei Yue Mun is an off-the-beaten track location adored by seafood aficionados. After dinner, you'll stop at the old airport at Kai Tak and wonder how the pilots managed to land their planes in the midst of this urban setting. End the evening with a visit to Temple Street Night Market where bargain hunting is still a way of life and give your negotiating skills a workout. If you're real lucky you can also hear some impromptu Cantonese opera. Why not have your fortune told by a fortune-teller in the nearby arcade.

Splendid Night of Delights
The evening begins with a drive along Hong Kong's Golden Mile - Nathan Road - with its renowned neon signs. Then stroll around the famous open-air market on Temple Street in Kowloon, where inexpensive clothing, novelty items, CDs and more await bargain-hunters. This tour proceeds to Aberdeen, home to Hong Kong Island's famous neon-lit floating restaurants. Here, you'll enjoy a splendid Chinese dinner at the Jumbo Floating Restaurant before embarking on a coach trip to the Mid-Levels to view the brilliant twinkle of harbour lights.
