If you're not too
confident about bargaining, an alternative would be to get
value-for-money purchases at discount shops. Visit Tangs' Budget
Corner for a mix of merchandise from toiletries to clothes; and
Export Fashion outlets which are located at Tanglin Mall, Suntec
City, Peninsula Plaza and Holland Village, for clothes. Clarke Quay
also houses a number of discount shops selling a variety of
merchandise.
You may also want to check out a few shops in Pacific Plaza where
sample designer clothes and shoes, including winter wear, are sold
at discounts of 30% to 40%.
